The Bedford Park conservation area is particularly sought after due to it being quiet and leafy, close to top rated schools, close in proximity to parks and a thriving local high street.

The house was not listed on the open market and was only available to viewings for potential buyers for a very short period of three days. We were able to ensure our clients were through the door at the earliest opportunity and had our advice and guidance through the offer stage. As a result of the viewing there was offer tabled on the house from another party. We are experts in negotiating competitive bids and were able to agree this house purchase in favour of our clients.
