The Challenge
Our African client was looking to invest into the Prime Central London property market. He was happy to be led and guided by us, giving us a very wide open brief from which to start the search.
What We Did
We identified a prime property in Cadogan Square, one of Knightsbridge's premium addresses, which had the benefit of a tenant already being in the property at the time of purchase, allowing our client to benefit from rental income immediately after completing the transaction. We also successfully saved our client £100,000 from the asking price.
We successfully sourced this lateral penthouse, with generous south-facing exposure, including 12 exterior windows providing amazing light and views.
